Custom handrail on Daniel Island
This project involved constructing an independent handrail on the front walk. Specifications and paint colors were approved by the local H.O.A..

Two Week project 6/30-7/9
This project involved removing a sheetrock ceiling with water damage. After removing all insulation and damaged light fixture, the insulation and ceiling was replaced. The replacement material was plywood with lattice strips covering the joints.

Week of 6/25 project
This weeks project involved the removal of a standard mud sink and vanity. This was replaced with a new vanity, mud sink, faucet and granite countertop. All services with the exception of granite purchase were provided by Freeman Repair & Remodeling.

This weeks project
This week's project involves adding a little Charleston charm and tradition to this porch in I'on. There are several tales about why a porch ceiling would be painted this color. The most popular are 1) A natural mosquito repelant 2) To ward off evil spirits 3) The home of a Citadel alumni. Decide for yourself!
